Returned and faulty goods

We offer all customers a 14 day return policy, starting on the first day that you take delivery, for all items that meet the following criteria:

  • All items must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept returns of items that are used, not in their original packaging and not in the same condition as when delivered.
  • All items must be returned along with a completed returns form that can be found below.
  • Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at your expense; however we can arrange collection for £15.00 per standard parcel. Larger/heavier items will be priced on application.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting as proof of delivery and we would recommend that a tracked service is used where possible.
  • We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days of the day that we receive the item back.

If an item has been incorrectly supplied or received damaged then please contact us where we will explain our returns procedure and if necessary arrange collection via our courier.
